I don’t believe in spending weeks of coaching teaching people all about the executive functions which they will never naturally have. What’s the point? This is what too many ADHD coaches do, wasting your time, energy and money. I give you a replacement for those missing executive functions. Think of it as a pair of crutches to walk with. In just an hour and a half over a video call, I will hand you the keys to your own set of replacement executive functions. A super simple method, developed out of desperation, 17 years before I knew I had ADHD. It's designed to be radically simple because complex systems don't work for ADHD brains.

What happens in an ADHD coaching session?

Sessions are conversational and action-oriented. They begin by reviewing progress since the last session, identifying what's working and what's not, then focusing on a specific challenge or goal. Every session ends with clear, manageable next steps. Accountability between sessions helps clients stay on track. Sessions are available online via video call.

How long does ADHD coaching take to see results?
