PRODUCTIVITY WITH ADHD

Are you smart and creative but struggling to be organised, punctual or reliable?

My ‘ADHD In-To-Cal Method® for total Time Management Confidence

(The Solution to Missing Executive Functions)

PAOT Organisational Toolkit for ADHD

Having lived and worked in ‘chaotic’ Morocco for many years, my own struggles with time management, planning my time and turning up where I needed to be on time went largely unnoticed due to Morocco being a country where time holds little importance for most people! When I eventually moved back to London however, my disorganisation become far more apparent and I knew that without a system, I was going to struggle in a time conscious society. My system is simple and easy enough to teach to children and if you can manage to respect the very few rules, it is a water-tight way of planning ones time making it virtually impossible to let yourself or others down. NO MORE TO-DO LISTS ! The result? A stress free life without organisational stress or overwhelm. Priceless!

ADHD In-To-Cal Method® is my signature life transforming method for ADHD brains - developed 17 years prior to my own ADHD diagnosis, designed by trial and error over a period of 3 years. Conceived through my stubborn desire to overcome the debilitating stress and overwhelm of ADHD which handcuffed me in a disorganised, forgetful and unreliable way of living and working. It’s far more challenging to create a simple solution than a complex one.

ADHD In-To-Cal Method®. People say its the radical, transformative change they had been waiting for.

My ADHD In-To-Cal Method® is included in ALL my coaching programs.

Routines and check lists are an excellent way of becoming more organised about things we do on a regular basis.

I have developed a simple system which can help you not only to get things done but to be able to learn how to estimate the time a task will take you (very important if you also don’t want to be late for the next thing).

Time blindness

Time blindness is an inability to track time, to involuntarily lose oneself in an activity causing total disregard for other commitments, appointments or people.

Time blindness is commonly associated with neuro diverse brains ie. Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) but not exclusively.

Relationships

Feeling misunderstood, disconnected, rejected and lonely can be upsetting and over prolonged periods can be destructive to our sense of self.

Blindspots around our own behaviours can lead to being misunderstood in social interactions.

Emotional Intelligence (E.I.) is a term used to describe the ability to perceive, control and evaluate emotions. Our E.I. can be developed through coaching and greatly raises our feelings of happiness and fulfilment.
